Android Apps for Education

eSchool News just came out with a list of 10 Best Android Apps for Education.
You can read the full article by Meris Stansbury here.  Most of the apps are geared toward High School students or teachers, but these 2 look good for pre-school to grade 1:  Kids ABC Phonics and Kids Numbers and Math.

Book Trailer: Insurgent, by Veronica Roth

If you are a fan of dystopian YA literature, this is the long awaited sequel to Divergent.  I'm currently reading Insurgent, so don't want to hear any spoilers, not sure this trailer does it justice.
